General terms and conditions of use and service of the Sea People website, hereinafter “Web Sea People”.

Applicable law and jurisdiction.

The applicable law will be exclusively in accordance with Spanish law and only the courts of the city of Barcelona will be competent, recognizing and giving the user in this act as communicated and expressly renouncing the user’s own jurisdiction.

In the event that any clause within the general conditions of use of the “Web Sea People” is declared partially or totally null and void, said nullity will only apply to the part in which it is null and void without affecting the rest of the rules and general conditions, these remaining in force and of obligatory compliance.
